    Looking for some files.

    I am looking for some files, I USED THE SEARCH FUNCTION SO DONT FALME ME PLEASE...

    Using arcemu for wow 2.4.3 if that helps

    Files that contain
    -herb/mine locations
    -npc locations
    -interactive item locations(mailbox)

    I KNOW HOW TO FIND THE LOCATION, I JUST NEED DIRECTION TO THE FILE THAT CONTAINS THERE LOCATIONS SO I CAN EDIT THEM.

    if you have any idea where these files are stored please do tell.
    You may also suggest another server emulator.

    SELECT *FROM `gameobject_spawns` WHERE `entry` = '50';

    Would bring up a table showing all the spawns of the id 50. This way you can edit and delete etc what are there.
    Find the id of the node from in game (.go sel - .go info) or from gameobject_names (self explanitory).
    Npc locations is the same but in creature_spawns (and .npc info on your target).
    Mailbox locations the same as nodes.
    You can spawn gameobjects with .go spawn id 1 (don't forget the space 1 after id) and npc's the same but .npc spawn.
    If you have further questions ask

    The most effective way to get changes you made to activate is to restart your server, and sometimes you need to delete your Cache folder as well.
    Some tables can be reloaded from in game (such as creature_names) but if you change a npc level and reload, it wont change till a restart since there already spawned and ready to fight at that level if you get my meaning.

    yeah, i see what you mean. I know how game variables work, but I mostly use official editing tools so they are more simple and I usually dont have to break apart tables. Not to mention this is a server database, which I have never really worked with.

    Its all going very well I found where the npc spawns are and where the herb/mines are, and if I have this right the mailbox is probably in the same directory as the herbs/mines.

    I confirmed all this using ingame positions, finding them in noggit, and then finding the coordinates in the database. the long and hard way to do it, but thats how i do things :P

    Yeah I am just messing around atm, gonna try and redo WoW, thats why I ask where most everything is so I can delete it and not have anything left over from the original wow, which is taking up space or causing lag/errors. Though by deleting most objects/spawn I probably will be coming across a few problems.

    Delete from `gameobject_spawns`;
    Delete from `creature_spawns`;

    Run that and it would clear all spawns removing all of Blizzards content from the players perspective.
