Realm status question

How to have realm status a website not hosted on server computer?
i know it evolves having the status dumping to the website but how?

thanks but what port do i put into it?
i tryed both the logon server and world server in but its saying servers offline when its online

$host: the IP or servername of your host
$port: 3306 (default)
$errno: the errornumber (6 by default)
$errorstr: just leave it to that
