major noob guide on how to patch back to 2.3.3 if u need to

This is a guide for people that have a 2.3.3 server and by accedentally patched up to 2.4.0 ok here goes

1. go into your WoW folder and delete the icon that says Wow not the Launcher icon the Wow icon (and dont worry this won't effect normal WoW u can easiley just patch back to 2.4)

2.Once that is deleted then click on repair check of all the boxes and click the first button.

3. The repair might take a while so wait for that to finish.

4.Now that its done u will be on patch 2.0.0 and u will have to patch to 2.3.3 click on the icons with the shooting purple thingys NOT THE TORNADO THINGS... Start with one that says patch 2.3.0 (updates u to version 2.3.0) When thats done click on the thing that says 2.3.0-2.3.2 then when thats done click on the one that says 2.3.2-2.3.3 ok now your done patching! change your realmlist to the realmlist of the private server u are on then click on Wow NOT LAUNCHER!! and if u did everything like i said you should be at version 2.3.3

if ur on patch 2.3.3 right just use tha launcher and it will patch u back up to 2.4

Good err guide lol and for every1 who doesnt know what the shooting star thing is well its the same Icon as your BNUpdate so yeah and + rep... and also if you dont have any of the patches then go 2 filefront.com and search for 2.3 patch and look for world of warcraft link.

when you delete patch.mpq it will just take you back to 2.0.0 and you will ned to download from 2.0.0 to 2.4.1 which is about 1000 MB the same thing happens when you delete WoW.exe
