So can i do this?:
I want a Human npc with ashbringer. Than I want him to use herod helm. And the hereos warrior set. Will he have that display id than so i can make him or how do i do that?

You cannot make some random creature wear armor. If the creature's model does not have the specific armor you want, tough. You can't change it.
But yes, you can make an npc use a weapon.

Perhaps it would be possible in the future when the opcodes for mirror image are figured out(being you are able to send different gear). :P
