[Help] A few probelms with my server

Well, I'm having trouble with a few things.


1.) When I try to delete an object from my bags They delete, but when the server crashes/restarts, or I log they're back in even with a save of the character. How do I fix this?

2.) Sometimes the server crashes, and then when it's all reloaded, when people try to login, it says info is not valid. But they are right, and I have to restart the logon server. How Do i fix this?

3.) My GM tickets don't work right I don't think. I can see them in the DB but I can't see them when I try to get them in game. Do I have to have an addon to see them? I need a GM ticket addon for Ascent and I need help fixing this problem also.

ok for the first two get the latest ascent core and also the latest NCDB that will fix all your problems and for the third you dont need any addon just is a in game menu :P

Alright thanks but just another question since I'm kinda a newb at this. What's the NCDB ?

its the best database its the most blizzlike and with almost all fixed last one i saw was rev.729
