    # WorldServerPort
    # This is the port that the world server listens on.
    # It has to be the same as what is specified in the
    # realms table in the LogonDatabase.
    # Default: 8129
    Like I said, those ports must be the same.

    Re: can anyone help?

    well there are several different answers to your questions first off most isps sign you up dynamic and give you a set of 3 ips that change all the time ...i work for one ........ unless you get a static that is set to the same one. the route i took was i went to dyndns.com and set up a host there there you can just set up a host such as blah.dnsdojo.net instead of your ip but everything will still be linked to your computer through your ip hope this helps a bit im still new if your just talking about editing your logs to match a different ip you would like then
    LogonServer Address = "@@@@@@@@@@"
    Port = "8093"
    Name = "Logon"
    RealmCount = "1">

    and

    <Realm1 Name = "Viters Server"
    Address = "5.16.149.242:8129"
    Icon = "Normal"
    Colour = "1"
    Population = "0"
    TimeZone = "1">

    like i said again i recommend the dyndns.com so you can keep the same host and just go o the page and click autoconfig on your ip anytime you change or it has been changed
