There is hardly any prove at all that there is such emulator as summit.Why did Burlex had to keep everything in private.50% that summit is an ascent , just with 1% of custom code.

Step 1ownload latest rev of arcEmu
Step 2:Open It With Visual Studio
Step 3:Search>>Replace (Put a tick in "Search in project")
Step 4:Search : "ArcEmu" Replace : "MMOwned Coolest Emulator"
Step 5:Compile
Step 6:We got new lag free emulator!

Not exactly.. Pcrew because... Alot of the files in the arc emu SVN have ascent writtin on them not only that you have to edit the core to allow your configuration files .

It is more stable because they had dev team who have made aims for themselves , not just writing this code for fun.

There is no stable ArcEmu release yet because nobody tried to make it more stable(Make at least one release). Instead developers trying to add more features to it.

Open-Source is good but SVN is...
I mean that developers are trying but one person can ruin it by commiting wrong file.

If about 10 good coders just try to make ArcEmu Stable Repack and then publish the code this would be similar or even better that Summit.

The Best WoW Server Engine is k8 (I think it is named like this after Build Version) because it is used on official WoW and it closed source.

1. ArcEmu doesn't make repacks.
2. ArcEmu is very stable upto rev 390, 390+ is 2.4.3 wip.

Burlex coded almost 50% of the Ascent used today, him and Hiperzone re-wrote all of 2.4 and him Trelorn and Hiperzone and another have been working on Summit.
