It does work on EU right now...
Windows 7, 64-bit
Using option number 3, does take some seconds for it to activate on the in game friends panel.
Once again wonderful, thanks
Would be great if you can do the Windows XP one real soon! Holidays are coming up.. and to bot without being bothered.. <3
Thank you! <3
I will have some free time in about an hour or 2 so I will look into it.
Edit: Will look into it tomorrow, got caught up with RL things.
Double Edit: I'm not even sure you can add a Windows Firewall Rule using netsh in Windows XP. It doesn't even appear to have a command to block incoming/outgoing connections. >.<

Yea, I checked my Windows Firewall. I don't see anyway to block incoming or outgoing connections.
So, can this also be adapted to work with Starcraft 2? I know of a few people that would like an 'offline' Real ID mode in Starcraft.
Can't you just disable real-id from the battle.net website?
So does this stop your RealID friends from seeing that you logged on and are online at all also?
Or does it just stop them from communicating with you?
It's not much help for me if they can still see I'm on, then they just think I'm ignoring them or something, need them to not see I'm on at all, which, if this doesn't do, I would guess is impossible since it's probably linked directly to you logging into your WoW account.
You will appear offline on your friends Real ID. They will not know you are online unless they see you ingame (like if they're in your guild, have your character on their friends list, etc).
Also, I looked into SC2 a little bit with a friend and it doesn't appear to be possible to stay connected online in SC2 when Real ID was disabled. Although it was from a friends tests - I don't own SC2. Maybe if I ever get SC2 I will look into it a lot further.
