    [Mac] Simple Bot

**I am totally aware of this, though It's an unedited copy + paste from this, so I thought It'd be nice with an MMOwned-only version. Please note that there's also added stuff in my version.**

You may be an apple fan and have a mac as your main comp, and yet be in need of a bot in WoW sometimes. Now, since there's almost no bots for Mac out there, you may want to give this simple version a try, so read on and stay coo!:

Mac has a standard program named 'Script Editor'. I'm no good at these kinda programs myself at all, so don't expect me to be any further helpful than what I post here. But here goes: The program can run WoW and do commands as you set it to. For example, you can set it to make your character jump 5000 times, with a pause between the jumps of 60 seconds.
In order to do that you'll need the following script:

    Code:
    repeat X times
    tell application "System Events"
tell application "World of Warcraft" to activate
    key code 49
    end tell
    delay Y
    end repeat
X is the amount of times you want your character to jump, while Y is the pause between the jumps in seconds.

So there you have an anti-AFK bot which Isn't even illegally downloaded!

Also, this one will automatically run WoW, log you in and show the character interface:

    Code:
set CR to ASCII character of 13
    tell application "System Events"
tell application "World of Warcraft" to activate
    keystroke "PASSWORDHERE" & CR
    end tell
Hope you enjoyed the small 'guide', and will find this useful!

Why not use Automator? You won't even have to type anything, just record the actions and set repeat.

Anyways, I did certainly not intent to make a repost or any kind of a useless copy of another post.

Yeah, I see that it's your own work here. I was a little ticked off when I wrote that, sorry.

Thank you so much for this script. I came up with the idea of using it to relog if i get DC'ed. I hate it when I leave it botting at night and check a while later and notice he has been dc'ed for a long time. I thought maybe have the command run every hour just to make sure, but then I thought, if you werent DC'd youd be blabbing out your password. So maybe if you change your keybinding so its something else other than enter. Anyway, here it is:

set CR to ASCII character of 13
    set Y to 5
    tell application "System Events"
tell application "World of Warcraft" to activate
    delay Y

keystroke "ENTER PASSWORD HERE!" & CR
    delay Y
    keystroke CR
    delay Y
    keystroke CR
    end tell

Just for the record, my "Easy Anti-AFK bot" was made by me. Not copied. So it was posted here first.

Have you seen this btw?: WoW Simple AFK Bot for Mac | Booty Bay WoW Exploit Community
Edit: Just found the dates it probably is copied from your post.

This, on the other hand, most certainly is not: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=347310

Then again, the mor Mac-stuff here, the better
