Explain what happened:
Paid him after going through alot of trouble with Skrill, he gets the money and even now after 2 weeks+ he REFUSE to give me the information about the account (secret a/q) etc. On top of that, he still tries to sell the account even though I bought it. I even made a fake account on skype and talked to him. Now he has vanished on Skype, offline for days.
