    How to change races via model editing?

    Hey guys , im not the greatest at model editing ( im horrible lol) but i was wondering if anyone could help me out going from A Female human to a Female Draenai. I downloaded a premade MPQ With all the files there but i don't know how to exactly port them over for it to be used in game.
