[Program] Titanium UI Final Release

Little UI program I created for you guys

Finally finished

Hope you like it!

New Features:
* Atlas
- In-game instance map browser.
* MobHealth2
- Calculates an estimated health value of the target based on damage done
to it and percent health drop.
* TrackerToggle
- All your Tracking Methods in one spot. Right click the Tracking Icon for
a menu, Left click to rotate to the next type.
* ImprovedErrorFrame v2
- Now adds a minimap button when errors are present, no more windows
popping up every time you get an error. Click the button to view the errors.
Use the menu or /ief for more options.
* DamageMeters
- DamageMeters monitors damage and healing done by yourself and other
nearby players. It totals up the damage and healing for each player and
displays it as bars in a frame on the screen.
- Type /dmhelp for more information
* Scrolling Combat Text
- Adds damage, heals, and events (dodge, parry, windfury, etc...) as
scrolling text above you character model, much like what already happens above
your target. This makes it so you do not have to watch (or use) your regular
combat chat window and gives it a "Final Fantasy" feel.
* FreeBagSlots
- Displays how many slots are free in each bag.
* CooldownCount
- Allows you to see time until actions have cooled down in the buttons.
* AutoBindOnPickup
- Allows you to bypass the Bind on Pickup box when not in a group.
* EquipCompare
- When you hover over an item anywhere, you get a comparison tooltip
showing the "currently equipped" item too.
