Hi Shizzl3,

I would just like to let yourself and anyone who is interested know, the two mounts I purchased, whilst the codes had no problem and both mounts were on all my characters...they now appear to have been taken away.

Since the latest maintenance, I no longer have Swift Windsteed or Winged Guardian in my mounts and pets tab, and even the icons for them on my character bars have disappeared.

I have no e-mail from Blizzard, but it appears as though they have removed the mounts from my account without word.

I'm not complaining or asking for any kind of refund, I'm simply letting you and your customers know that there does now appear to be a risk of having these mounts removed - I'm on an EU server if this helps.

Edit: I would like to add that I had no issues with the mounts for THREE weeks. I've checked my skype history and I purchased the two mounts March 1st. regards.

He decided to give me new codes when I told him mine got removed! Thank you! You're awesome

Seems like some people had their mounts / pets removed today (20-03-2013), but not all did.

If you were one of the few that had it removed, please contact me on Skype for new codes, since it shouldn't happen again. One of the methods got fixed, but we are using an unique method, that Blizzard is not aware of, so hopefully they wont be going further into this.

TL;DR, contact on skype for codes if you lost anything.

Got mine removed as well ( swift wind steed ), which i bought like 3 weeks ago. Disappeared after today's maintenance.

Contacted him on skype for a new code, and it worked like a charm. Thanks mate !

Contacted him about my mounts disappearing. Instantly got new mounts from him!

Got two new codes, they were added to my battle.net fine but after 11 hours nothing has come in the mailbox. Will keep you updated on it, gotta head to work now so I'll check later today.

Had same problem. Fixed mine by making a death knight on another realm and learning the mount there. ( you get the mail(s) with all the mounts/pets you bought from blizz when making a new character )

I have the same thing. Had the new code applied yesterday. And they are gone again!
