All pokemon ids for possible evolutions

I'm trying to use a bot to evolve as many pokemon as possible with a bot + lucky egg
Problem is, whenever I make a complete list of pokemon to evolve it gives me an error along the lines of user.xml is missing or malformed

Could someone give me a working list of pokemon to evolve?

In this format
Example:
<PokemonId>Rattata</PokemonId>

i experienced that too , but thats because sometimes u miss write that like

Ratata > Rattata
Voltrob > Voltorb
Gyrados > Gyarados
Nidoran > NidoranFemale / NidoranMale .... something like that.
