I had tried all these things which unfortunately didn't work. However, I reset my profile and that seemed to work as a solution for me. I'm not sure why/how it caused the guide to completely disappear! Regardless, thanks for your speedy response!

You could delete the addon, get the last free one from Curseforge install that and try. Then upgrade to the latest one and try.

If it does show, delete the addon and the saved variables for the addon and then re-extract the full file.

I upload when I have time and I did update yesterday. Now they are on their 91th alpha and not a full release.

Anyone else having difficulties with the guides populating with the 4.5.48 download? I tried reinstalling, uninstalling, installing using curseforge and then replacing the files, etc. Nothing seemed to work until I went through and found my old 4.5.42 download which now shows the guides again.

That is why it has gone wring.
Now you used the curseforge copy, making the settings be different.

Now you have to fully remove it, saved variables as well. Then fully extract it with the right software.
