1. Uninstall Battle.net.
2. Change your external IP (restart your modem, contact your ISP or use a VPN from now on.)
3. Change your local/intranet IP.
4. Change your MAC address.
5. Change some hardware (if you can.)
6. Format windows (if you can) otherwise change your PC name.
And the most importand step: never, ever use the Battle.net client.
Still can't guarantee there's not something missing, but it's a good start if none of those things match your previous account.

Hey Jadd, curious why you emphasis not using the battle.net client?

The battle.net client sends more telemetry data than any of the game clients and it includes lots of info about your PC.

Payment information is used as well to make new profiles if it's linked to multiple accounts with prior ban history.

Surely, just launch Wow.exe directly from the game folder -> _classic_ subfolder. When the forced update comes (you won't be able to play with the existing wow.exe version), you would need to update only wow.exe and that's it (all other files will be downloaded automatically if needed).
And you can download wow.exe for the actual wow classic version using CASC Explorer for example.
