How to Renew the mpq files [Picture Guide]

Ok first of all you need the mpq editor Link MPQ Archives - Downloads
If link dosent work check this thread out http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...-programs.html
so download any file that working with the latest patch that you are using.
then open up the .mpq that you would like to renew i selected the old and fun Big Head Mode by reflex0rzor with mpq editor it would look like this
find the file you need like i did at

then extract it anywhere you can remember

    Open up the character folder
then you need to find the file we extracted like i did on the pic

then open the new Mpq that shall be working with your latest patch with the mpq editor mine is called patch-3

name the folder character and go in there and name a new folder so it looks like the pic

then it will look like the window 1 point to then just drag the file or the files that shall be there to it

    so it looks like this

    then close the archive

then put the New mpq file that we putted all this in mine was called patch-3 in the data folder then run wow with wow modele edit fix of your chose and Tadaa you just renewed your MPQ file

that was all i belive many model editers alredy know this but many dont so this was just a way to help you all guys
Note: i take no credit for any of programs or the big head mode all credits for the mpq editor goes to Ladik, and the credit for the big head mode goes to reflex0rzor bye for now

    Incorrect Hash

The 'old' ways of doing model edits no longer works for the new WoW. The Header Hash is not the same. It does follow a rule set but its not the same ruleset as prior versions.
Absolutely all the old ways of formatting the files for model edits are outdated.
There is one post linking to M2 - WoW.Dev Wiki
after which they say the model edit fixes can be done by hand but they never explain how.

Uhm, what? That are no hashes. The difference for you normal modelchangers (swap weapons, oh yeah) is just, that you need to swap the .SKIN (and maybe .ANIM) files too. Nothing more. And the WotLK version of the documentation is M2/WotLK - WoW.Dev Wiki.
