From the sounds of things, the program isn't fully updated, so you can't view some of the models. To prevent crashing, remove the file from the MyWarcraftStudio folder called "M2Craft.dll." The exporting feature should still work afterwards.

I have the same problem as many others: when I ask MWCS to remove a folder/file, it simply doesn't work, neither does rename, copy treepath or anything else.

I have the newest version (I think), 0.10.6337?

Freddy42 you have to make sure you clicked on it and the little green orc beside the file name has changed into the little guy in a hood or whatever that is then try and extract/rename Etcetera.

    Oh! Righto, thank you!

Edit: I did that and it shut down with an error - there are only two files I need removed, a .skin and an M2 file. Am I to use another program, version or is there another tool of MWCS I simply need to use for this?

Edit2: I followed BlightRaptor's advice and deleted my M2Craft.dll file, and everything worked prima afterwards. Thanks a bunch, both of you!

Hi there, I tried doing everything exactly the way guide told me to, but MWSC was crashing on me as soon as I tried to copy treepath. Then I followed advice mentioned earlier and took out M2Craft.dll. Now MWSC doesn't crash and I did 2 easy model changes for undead female to be male female. I was not sure how to name the last MPQ file so I just did both patch-5.MPQ and patch-X.MPQ. Then I run the latest WoW Model Fix and pressed f8 as it asked, loged in.... And nothing happened. The character stayed the same. Can someone advice me what I missed or did wrong maybe? Thank you. And sorry for big text.

The excact same thing happened (well, didn't happen) to me as Tormado - nothing happens, as simple as that.

There's a strange thing, though. There were no .M2 files in the common.MPQ file, only ALOT of BLP files. Then I went into common-2.MPQ and found the .M2 files I needed. However, unlike the screenshots in the guide, no model showed up in MWCS, so I'm worried that I might be doing something wrong.

P.S: I did try to change from all files to showing only M2 files, but then absolutely nothing showed up in common.MPQ, but did so in common-2.MPQ.
