After searching for days now, I've found a full version of Ultimate Unwrap 3D.

    Please note:
This archive (.RAR file) contains the Setup file and the patch. I will not be held responsible for your use of this program. Understand that this software is legally licensed and requires purchase before use :icon_blahblah:...

You know the deal. You're supposed to pay for it, but now you're gettin it for
    FREE.

    Enjoy fellow MMOwner's,
    My contribution to you. :hsdance:

    [EDIT]

Forgot to show off my ghetto little sword! xD

Ya'll know that's some tight shit for a first custom model
Ok, it's not epic, but it's at least a blue!

I'm having a problem on a new model (making it from scratch...)

When I finish creating it, I export it from 3DSMax and when I try to open it with Ultimate Unwrapper I get an error saying: "The model has no UV coordinates." and when I click ok is doesn't highlight anything in the UV editor >.<

Is there something I need to do before exporting it in 3DSMax? If so, any idea what??

    HALP

    [EDIT]

Solved my own problem. All I had to do was select my entire model (all the groups in other words) and go to my modifiers and select UVW maps. This created the coordinates then when I exported the model, I was able to "re-create" my UV map since it had some coordinates.

hey thanks for the info but i have a question. i got a model edit (that was made by someone slse) but its just the .M2 file. the post on the download says you need to pack it yourself and put it in the filepath Characters/NightElf/Female/filename.
Guess the main question is how to i make folder trees in mywarcraftstudio? might be noobish but i cant figure it out =( any help would be appreciated. thanks

    Weapon spawn [help!]

After I make the patch, how does my character obtain the item in the game? Do I spawn it? And if so how?

is there any other option then using Milkshape to convert it? I dont really have the cash atm to buy it and the trial vrs wont let me export the model to anything.

    Hello!
Followed your guide about from where you start exporting, i have a problem, whenever i try to make my .3ds file into a .m2 it crashes when it tries to process the Mesh, any idea what can be causing this?

    Thanks!

Seems it crashes after the Mesh has been processed...

    Thanks for the links

I'm new to the whole private server gig here so yeah

Could you tell me where the links need to be saved to?

Most the time when i try to save things i either save them in the wrong spots or i screw something up sorry for the "noobish" question.

So is it still not possible to link custom meshes to the character skeletons to make custom races or race edits?

    +rep for a supreme guide.
Thanks for the help, but I have a question.
How are particles and animated objects integrated into your model?
