Heho everyone. It been a while, huh?
First of all I want to say a big "thanks" for everyone that is still using Taliis. I know it's realy outdated but to know there still some ppl outside use it makes every code monkey happy
But yeah I guess you wonder what this topic is rlly about and just to make it short: Yeees there is realy an WMO Editor and yes it will be released soon.
wmo building extracted to OBJ. screened using glc_player for windows
The tools I want to anounce work with a new Java core called Tîntai. It's basically Taliis 3.0 (2.0 never went to public, sorry ) and is, if i can call it so, the best thing Ive made so far.
Tîntai will as least support the extraction and re-import of 3D Models from and to WMO and will be a command line tool.
First I thought bout doing an entire editor. But since taliis went so ****ing wrong from this moment where I made a gui iam not interested into doing it again.
There so many things in 'old' Ironforge I never noticed b4 .. even if i was playing the alpha for guide some time o.O
U might ask "Why is this not in color?" - Well. I was simply to lazy to exclude the bitmaps. ^^
Okay. Well what else to say. Ah yes. The password is "taliis4ever".
Anything missed? I think no. So: See you later.
