i have the same problem like some above....

i want do change my m orc in m undead and if i start wow everything is fine, but after some minutes playing with the rigth model, wow crashes!
i have tried the mpq-file of a friend (undead into dwarf) and it worked !
so my wowme.exe is almost fine!

i´ve seen, tat the mpq-files of me are only 2,7kb big, and the ones of my friend are bigger (9,xxkb)

any idea what i can do? both have the same vesion of glitchy

pls excuse my englisch, im only a german newbie :>

Everything works great, thanks for very good guide.
I thought that only my characters race will be changed, not the other male blood elves too, but anyways undead ftw!

I still have a question... i changed facial hair etc. but i have on my swapped race an really anoying shit in my characters hair. Asked in /2 and friends if they have it too, but all said that nope its me.

EDIT: I just went 10man OS and i noticed that there are some funny boxes spread - bug or event?
    I changed only the race.
