Different race tattoos

Is there currently a new skin that allows you to have different tattoos for each race thats already out?

Sry if i gave little info. I mean tattoos like the skins you see on the death knight models and fel elves (saw that some where but i dont know the name).

You can extract the skin then convert it to a png, just draw on a new one.
