[Question] Shoulder Size

I searched and could not find any information on this so here it goes.

I was wondering what I could do about changing the size of shoulder models (specifically making them bigger for all races, or specific races.)

Any information on this would be useful.

I think glitchy's M2 editor's might help you on that...at least I think. Search for some guides on that.
