[Question] Adding effect to Mortal Strike?

I found a guide for changing effect of some spells, but a lot of the skills names aren't listed there. And I found that if i change one spell, a few other spells will be effect aswell. I guess that's cause they share the same effect but is there a way to make them not the same?

What I want to do is add some special effect to Warrior's Mortal Strike, but I dont see the skill name listen there.

    anyway to do it?
