World Editor, In Java!!

Yup in java after trying to make it in C++ we have discovered that C++ wouldn't cut it. So we are moving to java and maybe even C#.
If any one can work with C# or java, or maybe even any other program that you think that could support a sand box program of WoW please post below.

Details-

This program would be almost like WoW model viwer. The only diffrent thing is that you can add land, add npc's create vendors, add trees, bushes, and have a sanbox mode were you can start out fresh.

so alot of this would be only useful in emu? like the vendors and npc? cause it would be awesome if the other stuff was live compatible like sanbox mode and adding trees and stuff.

There alrady is a project working in Java. Its Taliis. taliis.de. tharo did it.
