Serious WoW login error - Please Help

I don't know if this is the place to ask, but this is the last thing that I think might help me other than just completely reinstalling the game. Once the new patch came out a few days ago when I tried to install it everything worked right until I got to the second download window. Once the download reached 11% I got an error.

Here are a few pictures to give you an idea of what is occuring:

At this point here, the download comes to a halt and brings forth the dreadful error message:

This is the error itself, I am not very good at editing images so as you can see they are not so good.

While I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to be posting in regarding this sort of the thing, the reason why I am posting in the model editing section is because I do infact model change. I have removed any and all patch-blah mpqs and removed the model edit fixes but it still gives the error, despite whatever I do. I know I'm a leecher, but I hope you'll help me all the same.
