Question - Orc -> Human

Everything works, but the face of the human has no mouth, and the top of his head he's missing hair. It looks very odd. Is there any way to fix this?

Yeah i'm using the helm fix, but for some reason my t6 lock helm has these two black dots on the back, and if i take the helm off, my character has no side of the face, no mouth, and parts of the head are missing.
