Season 2 Maces -> Warglaives

I'm rather confused, as I am completely new to model editing...

I first tried to download another user's posted itemcache fixed by another user to change Season 2 Maces into Warglaives, but it did not work. If anyone could include the reason why, that would be great... =)

Anyway, I would like [Merciless Gladiator's Bonecracker] -> [Warglaive of Azzinoth] (OH)
and [Merciless Gladiator's Pummeler] -> [Warglaive of Azzinoth] (MH)

Also, sheathed on the back as well.
