Editing which .blps

Before I ask my question be aware this is for a machinima project so the only place I need the edit to function is in Model viewer.

Is there a way I can change all the BE eye colors to blue without editing every Bloodelffacelower.blp in gimp?

Edit: Still looking for help with this but it seems like my problem figuring this one out is missing .blps in my warcraft studio.

CHARACTER\BloodElf\Male\BloodElfFemaleEyeGlowGreen.blp
I never edited the eye glow before, but I think changing this one would change the glow for Male and Female, even though it says Female in the .blp name.
