[Question] A retarded question about F8

Hi.

First of I just want to say I have searched the forums, google, spoke with friends.. EVERYTHING. But I just cant get this to work.

So. This is the problem:

I get the "Unable to validate game version. This may be caused by file corruption or the interferance of another program.. blabla". This is a very common problem here on MMOwned, which is mostly solved. But I cant find out how.

This is my exact routine to modelswap:

* Start Glitchy's MES (which I downloaded today, it's the latest version, no doubt)
* Press the Race Changer
* Select the /Data path
* Press "save as", name the file to: patch-1 and as a -mpq file then "save"
* I chose NE female > UD male
* I created a list
* Press helm fix
* Convert
* wait for the concertprocess
* close the program (start praying)
(I've put WoWME.dll, WoWME.exe and forcelibrary.dll in my WoW main map)
* I press WoWME.exe (this is for 2.3.3, other have the exact same file and it works for them)
* WoW starts
* It remembers my account name, I type my password, press F8, press login
* Then it's the same problem, "unable to validate".

I've tried to press F8 att different times, tried without it remembering my acc name and so on. NOTHING works. NOTHING.

The WoW build is 2.3.3 (7799) on both the original WoW and the WOWEM. And I play on a LIVE server.

WHAT is the problem? Is there something I am forgetting?
I've read something about a logonserver.conf and ascent, this is something I cannot find anywhere in my maps tho.

There should be a perfectly clear guide of how to this, it's probably sooo simple. But I cant get it to work. I just cant. And I'm so tired of it, I nearly broke a finger this morning in frustration over this program.

look for the latest version i just downloaded it but i dont wnna link lol just incase yano. But you must have an older ver.

WoWME.cfg ?

Do you have that file? And did you add the patch-%.MPQ name in it?

Yes sorry, forgot the write that down. I have the WOWME.cfg in my Data folder, with the name patch-1.mpq in it, which is what I use when I convert.

STILL DOES NOT WORK. WHY?
I have the latest version of MEF. This is so retarded.

It means you don't have the correct MEF.
