Here you go! Haven't tested but should work!

When you download the MPQ, place the MPQ inside your
WoW Folder\data\enUS

Then, rename the MPQ to patch-enUS-#
(# = number. I would recommend replacing # with 4 if you do not already have patch-enUS-4. If you do, you can either:
1. Merge this patch inside patch-enUS-4 (exporting and importing files from this MPQ into patch-enUS-4.mpq)...or
2. Use either 5 or a little bit higher)

If you have any errors with this MPQ, please report them in this thread and I'll work on them as soon as I can.
