Renaming MPQs

I finished my model edit but I don't know how to change the MPQ and make sure it works in 2.0.1 it is right now speech2.MPQ and I need to change it to like patch-?.mpq
what do I do to change it.

change it to anything between patch-3.mpq and patch-9.mpq

so patch-5.mpq is fine for example.
