I tried to do a Dirk to OEB Model edit by my self, i got it pretty down but when i entered game theres no model at all. i have a old copy of wow and used the old .MPQ files instead of the common.mpq since if open M2s in the common.mpq my MyWarcraftStudio closes on me

that's your problem then. The old .m2s don't work anymore, it was all over this site not long ago, I'm surprised you missed it. You need to delete M2craft.dll afaik (I think it's that file) but you should probably do a bit of searching. You probably did it right, but you used the wrong models.

Try but from Common.mpq.
