Noobish Question

About 6 months ago, I made a server. I was the one who made it but my friend had the game. in the 6 months past, i forgot this site nd then i couldn't play my server. I didn't play wow anymore for the next 4 months. I refound this site today and im going to remake my server. My question here, modele editing, can you change even the size and color of the modified character ?

I also have another question, its not directly with this subject but has a link:
My character of my first server was a Naga. Now, can i do so that there is no time limit underwater?
