MPQ Debacle

Hi, I need help in getting an MPQ file to work.

I've recently used a guide that allows you to customize an NPC's Display ID; I followed through with it accordingly but I'm having trouble actually seeing any changes.
I've set the name as "patch-enUS-4.MPQ" and placed it accordingly with the other patch-enus files, but it seems that was to no avail.
I attempted to look for some help via google, but most threads dealt with the file's extensions and that didn't help either.

If you're referring to re-naming the MPQ file, I'm afraid that didn't work for me. ;x

Resolved. An overlooked folder that was wrongly named. /facepalm
