Spells and skills model changing guide

I know it's asking alot but browsing the forums i haven't found any guide on how to change the animation and model of spells ad skills. Also,
I am probably not the only one who would appreciate a guide like this.

Just do typical model changing, but from the Spells folder, as opposed from the Creatures or Items folder.
