Tauren male-->n11 male

hey,
can anyone upload a working modeledit for tauren male to n11 male?
i tried all but it doenst work.my tauren looks like an n11 but 1.the n11 is as big as the tauren and 2.the textures in the face are looking stupid xD
so it would be nice if some1 can do it for me....i hope someone knows how 2 change the size etc :/

so is it possible to change taure to NIGHTELF(^^) with the correct size of an NIGHTELF??
i tried with the search button ownpeer but there is nothing useful.........

About the size: i haven't seen any fix for the tauren size, i have tried but it seems wow doesn't accept the size change.

EDIT: Sorry didn't read full post. About the face textures, you need to have all the original face textures replaced, so double check if you did replace them all.
