Blood Elf Female Face Texture help!

I wanted to see if anyone could tell me how to chance the blood elf female faces? I tried changing them in photoshop then converted back to BLP but it doesn't show up. Is there something special you need to do in photoshop? please help!

Use BLPConverter BLPConverter | Curse to convert the blp into a png.

edit the png in photoshop and save it as a png file.

use the same editor to convert the png into a BLP

Also note that there are different textures for each style of face for each skin tone, so it is important to make sure you are editing and looking at the same one.
