[Question] Patch-enGB-2.MPQ

Hello, I'm just wondering where I can get this file, because, well I don't have it, and I need it to change the skin of my race.

Yeah, I am a newbie in model editing, and now I want to learn and play around with model editing, and the patch-enGB-2.mpq file is obviously essential for it.

With older clients, you got "patch" and "patch-2".
Newer clients got all the data from "patch-2" into "patch".
Same goes for all the enGB /US/whatever files

So how do I get the patch-2 file then? Since I need it for wow editing
