My face?

I'm a noob at model editing but I'm trying to learn so I can quit leeching off here, I have a question regarding the face of every character I try to model change with, the Face is always screwed up and I don't know how to fix it. Is there any way I can to fix the face of my my tauren? I've been looking for a guide but I must be retarded or somethin' because I can't seem to find one. Any information is helpful, thanks.

Not entirely sure this would fix it since I never changed my race, but if you open the common.mpq there are files called something like 'FaceLower' 'FaceUpper' etc. My guess is that you have to swap the ex. 'FaceLower' that you used when you created your character with the 'FaceLower' of the race you changed into.
