greatly in need of final assistance

well my model edit is pretty much done, i have all the sound files converted and all the skins and hairstyles i want swapped.
However i find myself stuck not knowing how to get rid of the "scalp" hair from my old character underneath the new hair : /
and also unable to change the Facial feature option
would anyone happen to know how to do these? dbc editing? which dbc file and how would i go about it?
