[Question] How do I use the helm fix?

Alright, so I used Glitchy's app and did a human male to undead male transfer. All went well except the helm is broken. So I even downloaded a pre-made helm fix but I'm unsure how to apply it?

I tried just dropping it in my Data folder but got nothing. Do I have to use a program to batch em or something?

Thanks in advance for the help and THANKS to everyone for the apps and tuts. It's nice to look at something new for a change.
