NE Moonkin to dwarf male

2 questions, my main request is whats in the topic, but how would i go about doing this myself? ive searched a lot but am having trouble understanding it, also how would i get ne moonkin to female gnome

my other question is where do i put the finished products? i have male NE to undead male file, where should i put this file?
