[Request] BE Female to NE Female (But only my char)

Hi all ! I'm kind of tired of my BE female rogue skin and I've heard that model changing is still possible even after 2.3 so here I am ! Could somebody explain to me how can change my BE female skin into a NE female skin. I want to be able to choose the skin of my NE (hope it's possible) and I don't want every BE to look like a NE, just me, just on my computer. I'm sorry if this question have been asked many times already but I don't know where/how to search. I'll be happy if someone could explain me simply how can I do or could show me a link where it's simply explained. Sure, I'll give reputation points to anyone who will realy help me. Okay, now it is possible but you are going to need the newest version of modeleditfix, which would require you contributing to the site. Also, it is impossible for you to be the only person affected, because all other Blood Elfs use the same skin. It's impossible ? Realy ? I don't realy understand.. there's a lot of pvp video with players using UD, BE skins and there is just their char that has changed. (Recent exemple : Serenia, Dahis)

NO, its not possible. You always change ALL characters of that race.

So, I hope there's still the possibility to choose the skin of my NE even if every BE female turn into NE female ?

(Ps : If I want to change a weapon's skin for exemple, I suppose that it will change the skin of this weapon for everyone who get it on my screen ?)
