Bloodelf male ==> Human male beard\scalp Fix

Is it possible to fix beard and scalp on my human model (originally i play BE pally)? I just see through the unexisted fascial hare. Well i can wear a fixed helm, but lots of BE male players dont, and i see them as humans too (as well as Leotheras the Blind lol) - so plz help if possible ofcoz. thx.

Also having this problem, going from Human Male to Blood Elf Male. I can fix most of it by replacing the textures with blank ones, but I can't find the one that seems to be putting the hair texture on my pointy ears!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
