A couple of Queries

Ok So, I'm very new to model editing and I thought that I'd ask some questions about things that I needed a little bit of help with.

1- Are Model Edits such as Mount Swaps (The Toyota and Sports Cars)
available for me to use on Private servers?

2- Is it Possible to use Fault's guide (http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-editing-guides-programs/2785-guide-mount-swapping.html) to convert the Toyota and Sports cars? if not I may need a little help with that

3- Where can I find MyWarcraftStudio?
