[Request] Tauren male --> Night elf male

Ok, so basically I've sweeped through the whole forum and haven't found any good conversions. I've also been experimenting myself and know how to do the basic changing, but can't somehow change the textures and the size of the model. Someone said to me that the size of the model can't be changed without something he called 'memory changing', dunno wtf that is.. So basically if someone could make me a full makeover from a tauren male to a night elf male I would be evergrateful. Also I can post a screenie of my character if you need to know the details of the face etc etc.

Ps. also I'd like to know some good npcs that look like elves and have preferably the same attack animations as night elves have. Post those ideas aswell.

No, didn't work the way I would've wanted.. The model is still way too big and it's actions and movement is slow and the textures are somewhat messed up.. Thanks tho for quick response. Still hoping to see a good tauren conversion, I see them here all the time in screenshots so I know they are doable.

Also if someone knows, does the size of the model depend on the model to be changed (tauren in this case), or the model that the old one is going to be? Testing it soon myself.

I know that Demonkunga has tried changing the size of models and nothing happened atleast not that time... I think that if u don't like the size ur gonna have to live with what u have Or have an oversized swap, just think of it on the bright side. It will look like u are berserker all the time
