Troll Male -> Draenei Female tweaking

Perhaps this goes for any race swap but I haven't been able to find any threads with this exact issue.

It looks good don't get me wrong, and I could care less about horns. But my old ugly troll had a obnoxious purple nose. My Draenei consequently has a big purple blotch where her nose is. Logic would tell me it's loading an old face texture somewhere, or maybe that part wasn't switched in the MPQ. I checked it out in MWS and didn't see any textures that looked obviously purple.

Any pointers?
