[Question] draenei female horn fix

i been trying to get my troll male to draenei female and it worked and i do a horn fix and then i can't even use MEF to play wiht the model changes so i download one to see maybe my is jsut messed up and still same thing can't load MEF but when i take horn fix out it work's perfect excpet draenei with no horns look strange. is there any way to make it so i can run MEF with this horn fix?

EDIT: and this is the 2.3 MEF


EDIT2: i also renamed it so it should work in both data and in enUS folder's and not working

I don't know about the horns but with the MeF you need to have the .exe and its .dlls on your WoW folder then when you got your patch into your data folder double click WoWME.exe at the login press F8 then enter your info. If it says corrupted, then try the "home" button or "end" button.

it's not thatprogram doesn't run or even start it will load then stop but when i take the horn fix out it run's and i press F8 ALSO NO erros pop up just stops loading
