Creature > Character?

I've seen guides for Creature to Creature and Character to Creature, but I'm wondering if something like a Creature to Character would be possible. Specifically, I'd like to change my tree form into a BE form, but I don't know if wow saves the armor/weapon information when using a druid form or something. Also, there's way more files for a character model than a creature model, so I'm not too sure how it'd be possible using the usual replacement technique. I'm thinking of an alternative, using a preexisting BE female model instead(like a npc), can I assume existing models have all the basic BE animations and such? On a side note, thanks for all the great guides, it took me quite a decent time to find out how to fix horns on my draenei model swap(the guide is a bit outdated, you have to extratc from another mpq) but I'm quite happy not having to look at my stupid cow druid anymore ^^.
